The ground floor is divided into a large room, which is currently used as an office, and the in-house indoor spa area. An elegant indoor pool area with sauna and adjacent wet area increases the quality of life many times over.

If you pass this area you come directly into the main building. This means that the spa area can be easily accessed from several sides.

 

OFFICE BUILDING / CITY

The upper area of the barn, which has plenty of storage space, is used as an office. The barn is a rebuilt old barn and originally dates from 1857.

 

OUTDOOR AREA

The total area of this property is divided into a designated building area of over 3,300 m2 and a grassland area of approx. 550 m2, where the outdoor pool with cavern is also located. Adjacent and delimited by a slight elevation there is a further 2,500 m2 of meadow area, which could optionally be purchased. The city of Salzburg is about 30-40 minutes away by car. In just 15-20 minutes you can reach the Irrsee and the Mondsee for wonderful bathing experiences. In Mondsee there is a connection to the A1. Bathing lakes in the Salzkammergut such as Attersee, Wolfgangsee and Fuschlsee as well as numerous hiking and mountain experiences, as well as well-maintained golf courses, are in the immediate vicinity!
